AISE Core First-Month-Free Addendum

New subscription offer

This addendum applies to new AISE Core subscriptions that present this first-month-free offer at checkout. Each plan is for one user. All amounts are USD, excluding applicable tax under the existing transaction terms.

First month free: eligible customers receive one calendar month of AISE Core access at no subscription charge. After the free month, Monthly is $50 billed monthly and Annual is $450 billed annually. The full $450 annual payment covers the following paid year; it is not charged during the free month. No setup, activation, download or other one-time fee applies.

A calendar month runs to the same date in the next month, or the last day of that month when that date does not exist. Your checkout shows the first charge date and amount. Payment details are collected at signup. Billing starts automatically after the trial unless you cancel before the first charge date.

Eligibility and cancellation

Once per customer across the Monthly and Annual plans. Cancelling, restarting or switching plans does not grant another free month or restart the original trial deadline. A returning customer who has used the trial pays the selected plan's normal price without a new trial. Existing subscriptions and historical purchases keep their agreed terms.

During the free month, eligible customers receive the same licensed single-user access included with the selected plan. Cancel before the first charge to avoid subscription billing. Access follows the existing cancellation, expiration and payment-recovery rules; cancelling does not erase downloaded files.

Relationship to existing terms

For covered new subscriptions only, this addendum supersedes the immediate initial-payment timing in AISE-CORE-PRICING-AMENDMENT-V1. The first paid charge remains $50 for Monthly or $450 for Annual, after the free month. The addendum also replaces any statement that these covered offers have no self-serve trial. The prior pricing amendment remains available for its other provisions and historical context.

Other licensing, privacy, support, refund, revocation and cancellation terms remain in effect. This addendum creates no refund guarantee or change to mandatory rights or the merchant of record's controlling transaction terms. It does not change an existing subscription, reprice a historical purchase or modify previously supplied package bytes.

New-purchase subscription schedule

This amendment applies only to new purchases made through the replacement AISE Core Monthly or Annual offers showing the prices below. Each offer includes one user. All amounts are USD, excluding applicable tax under the existing transaction terms.

The annual offer bills the full $450 at purchase and on each annual renewal. The monthly offer bills $50 at purchase and on each monthly renewal. These are recurring subscriptions. No setup, activation, download or other one-time fee is charged under these offers. Existing cancellation and renewal procedures remain applicable.

Pricing clauses superseded for these new purchases

For purchases covered by this amendment, this schedule replaces only the conflicting monetary amounts and one-time-charge requirement in the following AISE-CORE-LEGAL-V2 documents included in AISE Core V20:

• LICENSE_AGREEMENT.md, section 3, “License grant”: the reference to a $199 one-time charge. The statement that AISE Core is licensed, not sold, and its ownership and licensing provisions remain unchanged.
• LICENSE_AGREEMENT.md, section 6, “Subscription, updates and end of access”: the $199 one-time charge, $15/month or $144/year subscription, $214 or $343 initial payment, and $15/month or $144/year renewals.
• TERMS_OF_SALE_SUBSCRIPTION.md, section 2, “Current required offer”: the old monthly/annual pricing table and required $199 one-time charge. Section 5, “Cancellation, refunds and access changes”: its reference to a $199 one-time charge identifies historical charge amounts, not a fee under these new offers.
• REFUND_CANCELLATION_REVOCATION.md, section 2, “Bundle and cancellation”: the old $199 one-time, $15/month or $144/year subscription, $214 or $343 initial payment, and $15/month or $144/year renewal amounts. Section 3, “Refund decisions”: its $199 one-time-charge reference identifies historical charge amounts, not a fee under these new offers.

References to the previous $199 plus $15/month or $144/year schedule do not impose those charges on purchases covered by this amendment. The replacement initial and renewal amounts are $50 monthly or $450 annually, as shown above.

Existing purchases and other terms

This amendment does not change existing subscriptions or historical purchases, their agreed prices, or their historical charge treatment. It does not reprice, migrate or cancel an existing subscription.

Except for the new-purchase monetary schedule and absence of one-time fees stated above, this amendment does not change refund, cancellation, revocation, licensing, privacy, support, trial or other non-price policies. It does not create a refund guarantee or decide an unresolved refund or licensing interpretation. Applicable mandatory rights and the merchant of record's transaction terms remain controlling for their respective subjects.

AISE Core V17 and V20 package files and versions remain unchanged. This amendment is supplied separately and remains available with the download. V17's provisional legal-document classification is unchanged.
